Disable Devuan Laptop Lid Suspend Without X

Modify your /etc/elogind/logind.conf file 

HandleLidSwitch=ignore

Then run 

/etc/init.d/elogind restart

On Debian Do This Instead!

Modify your /etc/systemd/logind.conf file 

HandleLidSwitch=ignore

Then run 

systemctl restart systemd-logind
