I got an old bed frame from a neighbour of mine and turned it in to a hive stand for $0. I mean I had to use some electricity, an angle grinder, a drill, and a sledge hammer to make it happen… but I at least got the materials for building it for free. Thanks Marlene. I'm hoping this stand style might make it harder for pests to get in to the hive.
