dry ingredients

2.25 tsp quick yeast
3 TBS sugar
4 cups flour

liquids

1.5 cups warm water
0.5 cups warm milk
2 TBS butter

instructions

mix dry ingredients
add liquids (50°C)
knead
cover and let sit 10 mins
shape, cover, and let rise to 2X size
bake at 400°F for half hour
