- rather than excavate, build up to highest point!
  - tamp after every foot of build up
- after built up, clear gravel
  - inside this layer goes electrical lines, plumbing, main power & water
Insulation:
- cement board between the wood forms and the insulation
- 8 inches insulation on all surfaces
- under main slab = Roxul Comfortboard CIS (more durable than IS)
- R47 in the walls
- R95 in roof
Vapor Barrier:
- 10mm taped over the whole thing
